    I’ve worked with Dylas Construction LLC on multiple projects over the years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Lauro, the owner, is hands-on, knowledgeable, and ensures everything runs smoothly. They did a fantastic job on my driveway—punctual, reliable, and fairly priced. Since then, I’ve trusted them with other projects, and the quality of work has always exceeded expectations. Lauro and his team take the time to do things right, and their free estimates make the whole process easy and transparent.     Dylas did all the construction of our extensive home remodel. We added a second floor to a part of our ranch house, enlarged (bumped out) another ground floor room by quite a bit, added a new bathroom, walk-in closet, and a deck. We love the way it turned out; the house is beautiful and we appreciate the work Lauro’s team did every single day. There were mistakes, but Lauro never hesitated to undo and redo or change anything we asked without ever a hint of any reluctance. He was sensitive to our every request and really wonderful to work with. We also lived in a small section of the house while the work was being done, with our two large dogs: a very challenging situation. We had to walk through the construction everyday to reach the kitchen, and calm our eager guard-dogs.. Lauro and his team were incredibly accommodating and always made it work. Lauro is also a very creative, good spatial thinker. He had excellent suggestions and practical solutions to every complication. The work took longer than anyone anticipated, and some materials required long wait times. That was the biggest challenge. I would recommend Dylas construction with confidence. See more See less

    OUTSTANDING ALL AROUND!! Knowledgeable, professional, quality product, attention to detail, and great customer service! I am in the real estate industry and it takes a lot to impress me…. And this company did that and then some. Thank you to Lauro and his team for making this a stress free experience from start to finish!! We are very excited to use our brand new walkout stair case, and basement!! See more See less
